Life Coach | Leadership Development Coach | Agile Coach | DISC Behavioral Consultant | PCC

My motto:
It is your choice whether life happens to you or you actively create a life you envision.

I believe that to get ahead in life, you need to set clear goals, make workable plans, take action, and move forward step by step.

Sometimes when you come to a coaching session you may not know exactly what you need to work on. You can expect that during our coaching journey, we will first get to know each other and establish a trusting relationship. Later, I will encourage creative thinking with powerful coaching questions to get multiple perspectives on the problem or areas for improvement and identify your goals. Coaching helps you to find new options, solutions, and effective action steps. In the process, you will improve your goal-setting, decision-making skills, personal effectiveness, boost your self-confidence and move closer to a more fulfilling work and life.

I am a Professional Certified Coach (credentialed by the International Coach Federation) with 10+ years of experience in life and leadership development coaching. I help individuals and teams with strategic planning, change management, performance enhancement, time management, effective communication, and conflict resolution. I have worked with a wide range of leaders, from start-ups to small and medium businesses and large global brands around the world.

Prior to becoming a full-time coach, I spent 20 years working in leading organizations such as General Electric, Kraft Foods, and Ferrero, 5 years as CEO of a trading company, and 2 years as co-founder of an international strategic partnership. I hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA.

Personally, I am a proud father of 5 children, an avid reader, movie fan, marathon runner, hobby musician, and traveler. I am originally from Hungary, and I moved to Florida in 2022.

I am passionate about coaching and supporting my clients to achieve their goals, overcome challenges, increase their confidence, improve their relationships, and become better leaders. And this is exactly what happened to me when coaching became part of my life.

My coaching style can be described as

solution-focused, action-oriented, and energizing.

I’m most proud of
taking action even if it feels uncomfortable.

I’m most grateful for

my five children, my happy marriage, and my profession.
