Program Structure
Total: 60 Hours | ICF AATC–Aligned
The program is designed as a single, integrated 60-hour pathway, structured in two complementary phases:
Phase 1: Intercultural & Team Coaching Foundations (30 Hours)
- Intercultural dynamics in teams
- Cultural intelligence, identity, and power in team systems
- Team contracting, trust, and psychological safety across cultures
- Ethical and contextual considerations in global team coaching
These hours form the conceptual and competency foundation of the full AATC pathway.
Phase 2: Advanced Team Coaching Practice & Integration (30 Hours)
- Core team coaching frameworks and models
- Coaching team performance, collaboration, and conflict
- Live team coaching labs and observed practice
- Coaching supervision and reflective integration
- Final integrative project and program completion review
This program blends team coaching mastery with intercultural competence, enabling you to coach teams as complex, living systems.
You will develop:
- A strong foundation in intercultural dynamics, communication, and conflict
- The ability to partner with teams as systems, not collections of individuals
- Tools to diagnose and coach team alignment, performance, and cohesion
- Practical experience through live team coaching labs and peer observation
- A clear understanding of the ACTC credential pathway and exam expectations
